'I absolutely love my job! Teaching my students brings me such fulfilment. Seeing them improve week in and week out is proof that what we do here and how we teach works! I think I'm a little obsessed. We teach from a safe practice pedagogical approach, constantly talking to our students about correct alignment and weight distribution to minimise risk of injury. The highlight of my year is seeing all those smiling faces in the finale on our final show, just WOW!'

Saturday Assistant Teachers:

Evie, Sofia, Scarlett, Amber, Felicity, Maisey, Imogen and Amelia:
All helpers do every class available to them with us, developing as dancers with us since they were small children. Now as our school is growing, we ensure we have enough assistant teachers for all of our classes. They bring their experience and joy of dance with them on Saturdays and weeknight to help assist the younger generations. All girls are currently working through their MASD grade work.

Jen - Administrative Assistant:
​
Jen provides assistance to KLM by undertaking various administrative tasks, from organising tickets, to answering Facebook messages, to sorting our Nearly New Box as well as everything in between. She is also always being on hand for a chat and a cuppa!
Michelle Potter - Admin and Wardrobe:
​
Michelle gives up her time to help organise all things KLM, from our shows, making them run as smoothly as possible, to ensuring we have all consent forms and licenses organised. She also undertakes admin purposes prior to our shows going ahead, to make sure everyone is safe and cared for. Alongside this, Michelle also audits and keeps on top of our ever growing costumes, ready to ensure our dancers look fabulous on stage!
